Incheon Startup Academy

As part of Team Hwamul Eottae in the Incheon Startup Academy, I worked on developing a smart AI-based revenue management service for truck drivers. Through regular meetings with mentors and accelerators, our team refined the idea and divided responsibilities equally. I conducted remote and inperson interviews at highway rest areas, analyzed market size and competitors, and managed milestone planning. These efforts informed MVP development and led our team to win First Place in a university startup competition.
